Dr. Chukwueloka Umeh

Dr. Chukwueloka Umeh – Managing Director/CEO

Dr. Umeh joined CPG from the General Electric Company, USA, where he spent over 10 successful years in several roles of increasing responsibility. He is a Scientist focused on low emission gas turbine combustion systems and advanced technologies for ground-based and aviation gas turbine engines. He worked as an Aerospace Systems Module Manager for the LEAP-X and GE Passport Aircraft Engines. His last role in GE was as the Engineering Manager of a large team focused on the design, manufacture, and support of the combustion and high-pressure turbine systems of several commercial and military aircraft engines.

He has earned several engineering degrees including a B.Eng. in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida, and an MSc and Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Troy, New York. He is an alumnus of GE's Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP). Dr. Umeh has authored over 15 technical publications, and has been granted five US patents.

In his free time, Dr. Umeh volunteers actively in charitable community development efforts and actively mentors several students and young professionals.

 

Chuka Chukudebelu

Chuka Chukudebelu – Associate Director

Chuka joined CPG from the GE in the USA, where he spent about 15 years in roles of steadily increasing responsibility, including New Unit Spares Engineer responsible for the definition and specification of required spares for new gas turbine units, Maintenance Support Manager responsible for the set up and configuration of site specific maintenance management systems across GE’s Global O&M gas turbine fleet. His last role in GE was as an O&M Advisory Services Manager co-located at a customer power plant site where he provided advisory services aimed at optimizing the customer’s O&M spend, and driving greater productivity of customer’s generating assets.

Chuka holds several degrees including a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MSc in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, Georgia, and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.
